1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 3ptt platform — whether through the website at 3ptt.pro, the mobile application, or any other channel through which 3ptt services are made available — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use any part of the 3ptt platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all users of 3ptt, including registered account holders, visitors who browse without registering, and any third parties who interact with the platform in any capacity. The Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of your agreement with 3ptt.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use 3ptt, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 3ptt is strictly an adult entertainment platform. We do not knowingly permit minors to register or play.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is permitted under applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 3ptt is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3ptt reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. If verification cannot be completed to a satisfactory standard, access to the account — including deposits and withdrawals — may be suspended until the matter is resolved.

3 Your Account

Each person may hold only one registered account on 3ptt. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. 3ptt is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided at registration or updated incorrectly thereafter.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with anyone else, and you must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account without permission, you must contact 3ptt support immediately.

3ptt will treat all activity performed through your account — including deposits, bets, game sessions, and withdrawals — as having been carried out by the registered account holder, unless you have reported a security compromise prior to that activity taking place.

• You must provide a valid mobile number and email address at registration.
• Account names must match the identity documents used for verification.
• Inactive accounts (no login for 12+ months) may be subject to a dormancy review.
• 3ptt may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents at any time as part of verification procedures.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on 3ptt are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 3ptt supports deposits through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and approved mobile wallets. The available deposit methods displayed in your account at any given time represent the current supported options.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the Deposit section of your account. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and can be updated by 3ptt from time to time.

Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name, or using funds that do not belong to you, are not permitted. 3ptt reserves the right to reverse any deposit where it cannot verify that the funds originated from a payment method belonging to the registered account holder.

• Deposits are credited to your 3ptt account once payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider.
• 3ptt does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds may not be transferred to another user's account.
• If a deposit does not reflect within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable verification requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered under your name.

3ptt aims to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Most requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa are completed within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

Before your first withdrawal, or if your withdrawal amount exceeds a certain threshold, you may be required to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. This is a standard procedure and is required to protect the security of your account.

• Withdrawals cannot be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to you.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be initiated.
• 3ptt reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of identity or payment verification.
• Withdrawal requests that cannot be completed due to unresolved verification will be held until the account is verified.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

3ptt may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the point of claiming the offer. These promotion-specific terms form part of your agreement with 3ptt when you opt in to that offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all 3ptt promotions unless stated otherwise include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the offer terms.
• 3ptt reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and actively being wagered will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of claiming.

• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus systems — including through multiple account registrations or coordinated play — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

3ptt is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent exclusion:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with games or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches. Any winnings obtained through a known or suspected error must be reported and will not be honoured.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or social means.
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to evade a previous account ban.
• Making deposits using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials.

3ptt monitors platform activity continuously. Where suspicious behaviour is detected, 3ptt may place a hold on the account, request additional verification, or suspend access while an investigation is conducted. Decisions made by 3ptt following a fair play investigation are final.

8 Games & Betting Rules

3ptt offers a range of gaming formats including fish games, bingo, slots, live casino tables, and sports betting coverage that includes Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, and Esports. Each game and betting market operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game or market interface.

By participating in any game or placing any bet on 3ptt, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that game or market. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the records held by 3ptt's system shall be considered the definitive reference, subject to review by the support team where a genuine technical error is suspected.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless the platform explicitly provides a cash-out or bet-edit feature for that market.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per game and market and are displayed at the point of betting.
• 3ptt reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game where a clear pricing error occurred.
• In the event of a technical interruption during a game session, the platform will attempt to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.

9 Privacy & Data

3ptt collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 3ptt.pro/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected by 3ptt — including your name, contact details, payment information, and activity on the platform — is used to operate your account, process transactions, prevent fraud, and improve platform services. 3ptt does not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to the personal data 3ptt holds about you, to request corrections where information is inaccurate, and to request deletion of your data in circumstances where continued processing is no longer necessary for platform operations or legal compliance. 10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension & Closure

3ptt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where there is a reasonable basis to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used fraudulently or in connection with criminal activity.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• The account has been involved in bonus abuse or exploitation of platform promotions.
• Verification documents requested have not been provided within the required timeframe.
• The account holder has registered multiple accounts.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where a closure is initiated by 3ptt for reasons unrelated to a breach by the account holder, any verified balance will be returned to the account holder through their registered payment method.

You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting 3ptt support. Requests for voluntary closure will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified balance will be returned to you.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3ptt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

3ptt does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside 3ptt's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the platform. 3ptt will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in such circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms limits 3ptt's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Changes to These Terms

3ptt may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page.

If you continue to use the 3ptt platform after changes to these Terms have been communicated, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and return of any verified balance.
